Are you getting the best deal for your Internet, phone (digital and cellular), and TV (cable or satellite) services?
Do you need an alternate Internet service provider before WSU Dial-in Service ends on July 2, 2007?
Wayne State is holding a Communications Services Fair on campus so that faculty, students, and staff can talk in person with local providers of various Internet services, cellular/wireless phone services, local and long-distance calling plans, and TV services: AT&T, Bright House Networks, Cavalier Telephone/Talk America, Cingular/AT&T Wireless, Cogeco Cable (Canada), Comcast, Sprint, Verizon, Wireless Oakland/MichTel, and WOW!
Thursday, April 5, 2007
11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Many of these vendors offer special discounts and bundle pricing to Wayne State employees and students. Come see the communication services each provides and compare them up close. Get your questions answered about the variety of services available in your neighborhood. Staff from the C&IT Help Desk also will be on hand to answer questions and provide personal assistance. See the flier[edit: flier expired] for links to the service providers.
The Communications Services Fair is co-hosted by WSU’s Business & Auxilliary Operations Division and Computing & Information Technology Division (C&IT).
