Oakland Center Library closing September 29

Beginning Thursday, September 29, the Oakland Center Library will be permanently closing. The Library System will no longer provide computer or printing support but will continue to provide the following library services through the Oakland Center’s Main Office:

· Print Course Reserves
· Pickup and drop-off of MeLcat requests, Interlibrary Loan and Paged (“Get It!”) requests
· Reference support will be available online via “Ask-a-Librarian” on the library website (http://library.wayne.edu/services/help/)

Students will have access to the Oakland Center’s computer labs for printing and to access the library’s online resources. The new schedule of services will begin on Saturday, October 1 in the Main Office. For more information and Oakland Center hours, visit http://oakland.wayne.edu/center/

Librarians are still available for appointments to discuss research interests and to provide in class or virtual instruction to your class regarding research assignments.
