Celebrate your intellectual freedom this October with a new display at the UGL

Stop by the Undergraduate Library to check out a new display dedicated to celebrating the right to freedom and expression of thought. Librarians view intellectual freedom as a core responsibility and this five panel displays touches on some of the major issues involved in intellectual freedom. A portion of the display is dedicated to celebrating Banned Book Week, happening now through October 6, and lists all of the banned books that we have available in our own Wayne State University Libraries.

The exhibit will run throughout the month of October. For more information about intellectual freedom, or the issues discussed in the display, visit guides.lib.wayne.edu/IntellectualFreedom
